Service Description
Winter calls for classes that specify on keeping the body strong and warm for correct blood flow, elevated moods and to sustain our energy levels. This is the class that will specifically focus on core strength, followed by a stretch for lower back, legs and fronts of the hips. Beginner and advanced options are offered Keep the fire in your practice this winter and give Fridays a boost!

Cancellation Policy
PLEASE NOTE!!! A late cancellation (cancelling with less than 30 minutes before a class starts) or no show (not cancelling and not arriving) counts as a paid class! This goes towards paying our teachers for their time and energy. Private sessions will be confirmed 48 hours in advance and cancellation is required at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in student forfeiting the session. If for some reason, the teacher cannot make the session, another appointment will be made upon cancellation.
