Hello All. David here. A total newb. Please advise me as to learning the basic breathing types. Also, that else will prep me for entrance into this yoga life? BTW I’m bloody stiff this morning 😬thank you
@Kelly-Jean Gilbert Ujayi is more associated to Vinyasa and Ashtanga because of the movement. Traditional Hatha has Ujayi in it but also often uses up to 3 other pranayama techniques in a session. I will do a post now for everyone ☺️
